Some browsers (notoriously "Microsoft Internet Explorer") have a habit of renaming files that are downloaded.
For example, when you're downloading "WEBMAN.PLG", it may save it as "WEBMAN[1].PLG" or "WEBMAN (Copy 2).PLG" or something along those lines.
If it does this, you should be careful to rename the file back to simply "WEBMAN.PLG" after the download has finished.
We have designed LAS to accommodate some of these renaming schemes (particularly the bracketed numbers "[1]"), but we can't guarantee that it can deal with every variety of renaming that might happen.
