Thanks for your feedback...

We have neither the staff that Microsoft has to spread testing across, nor the number of users that they do, to provide revenue to pay for testing;

So, we provide the best service that we can, testing as much as possible, but releasing bug correction revisions as quickly as possible, too, while keeping costs down for our customers.

Stability is a major focus for the next major version, v15, of each of our products.

I'm sorry that you had troubles generating schedules.
Game Time Scheduler is one of our most stable products, and we rarely have reports of customers experiencing problems with it.

Game Time is also very flexible, and it can take some practice to find the right settings to produce the schedule that you are trying for... we hope these forums become a good place where we can give just that kind of help, and where customers can share approaches to generating schedules and tournaments, and managing league business.
