Little League Affidavit Forms

Ever since version 7, LAS has been designed to help you easily and quickly fill out and print your Little League tournament affidavit forms. As times change, Little League updates their forms to fit each new season's requirements. Of course, an older version of League Administration Software can't predict what changes will be made by Little League. We have found, too, that the adjustments to the forms each year are too extensive to permit simply putting the new form into an older copy of LAS-- doing so results in many of the form fields not being properly filled with your LAS data. That is, LAS's automatic-affidavit-filling feature must be customized each year for it to work correctly, and, usually, only the latest version of LAS will be able to automatically fill in this year's tournament affidavits.
Therefore, we will endeavor to have here the latest forms for your use outside of LAS if you are using an older copy of LAS.
